KEMEA (RTO) is the think-tank on homeland security policies of the Ministry of Citizen Protection (MCP); R&D in National and European projects in close cooperation with LEAs as per Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) dated 22/07/2015 between KEMEA and the Hellenic Police; training of practitioners in new technologies.

The Ministry’s involvement ensures the thorough ELSI analysis and human-centered framework orientation through legal and sociology departments.

Lead WP7 on the ELSI compliance and harmonisation of the technologies and procedures developed in NARCOSIS.
